    I wanted a tumbler and small pillow, with a quote that was originally displayed only on other items. I sent the company an email and Tony got back to me quickly, saying that he was able to customize my order and put the quote on the 2 products that I wanted. I thought his personal touch to reach out to me, to ensure that I was able to get what I wanted (especially during the business of the holiday season), was so very thoughtful.
